Licensees now enjoy a four (4) year license period, however the licensee is STILL REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 24 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license. Cemetery and membership camping licenses do not require continuing education credit for renewal.
NOTE: Beginning August 22, 2002, ADRE may require the licensee to provide copies of continuing education certificates for renewal application.
The remaining 6 hours are agent choice and may be in the general category or any of the 6 required categories PROVIDED the course is a different course number from one being used to fulfill the required course.
