Shelly Farley

Shelly is an active Realtor® serving the Metropolitan Phoenix area , primarily serving the East Valley. She has over 15 years of sales and sales management experience. Shelly was originally licensed in 1999 in Phoenix and has worked as a full time Realtor® ever since. In 2000, she became a mentor and team leader for Desert State Realty until her resignation in 2004. She then joined Re/Max 2000 where her mentoring and teaching skills were expanded with Advanced Realty Education and in 2005 she became an Arizona State Certified Instructor in Real Estate. In 2006 she received her Certification to teach the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and the Women’s Counsel of Realtors PMN (Performance Management Network) class entitled “Harnessing the Power.” Shelly is working as a full time Realtor® and educator. Shelly instructs agents in the following fields: legal issues, commissioners standards, fair housing, agency, Realtor® safety, and contracts. Shelly is available for national and international speaking and teaching engagements.
