Stan Graham

Stan is an active REALTOR® and serves the metropolitan Phoenix area with emphasis on the East Valley. Initially licensed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in March, 1972 and worked part-time in real estate. From 1975 to 1980 he was employed by American Telephone and Telegraph (AT&T) as the Certified Account Specialist for real estate in the eight (8) state US WEST (QWEST) service area. In 1980 he went full time in real estate with ICR, Gallery of Homes in Billings, Montana and was a top ten (10) producer until recruited by International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT) in Phoenix, Arizona. As National Accounts manager for ITT he produced the highest sales revenues ever achieved in the United States telecommunications division. He remained with ITT until their purchase by Alcatel (the government owned telephone company of France) and the subsequent cancellation of their United States operations. He was licensed in 1990 and has been an active practitioner in Metro-Phoenix since then. In 1992 he began a Mentor program for agents and in 1995 established a real estate school and received full approval and certification from the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE). The school, Advanced Realty Education(ARE), has been serving Arizona licensee’s since that time and continues to provide up-to-date renewal courses and advanced real estate education and mentoring for agents and brokers. Stan is certified to teach all Arizona renewal categories as well as Broker Management Clinic , Ethics and REBAC courses for ABR certification. He serves on the NAR Safety Initiative Team and prepared and teaches one of the first accredited safety courses for agents, lenders, title, etc.. Stan has lectured and trained Nationally and Inter-Nationally and Stan is an AAR Certified Master of Real Estate (82 of the approximately 62,000 agents in Arizona have achieved this membership).
